Flue gas purification technology

The performance of the flue gas treatment system is more stable and the emission index is more optimized. Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.6. firstly adopts the flue gas treatment technology of "SNCR denitration + semi dry deacidification + activated carbon injection + bag filter + wet deacidification + SCR denitration" in China, which makes the main emission index of flue gas better than the EU 2010 emission standard, far better than the 2014 national emission standard.

Garbage incineration power generation

The core technology with independent intellectual property rights of GRANDTOP has been formed, which has the characteristics of full combustion, low ignition reduction rate, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance as well as stable operation. At present, it has the R & D, design, production and manufacturing capacity of waste incinerator grates with different treatment capacity, forming a complete product series with a daily treatment capacity of 250 ~ 900 tons. Among them, the 750 tons / day series have been successfully applied in the phase 1 pf Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant. The power generation capacity per ton of garbage is 480 kWh, which is 10% higher than that under the same calorific value in China.

Technology of efficient utilization of thermal energy

GRANDTOP has rich experience in thermal energy utilization. The First Branch of Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.1 is the first domestic garbage incineration power plant with the medium-temperature sub-high-pressure units and a daily treatment capacity of 1,040 tons, which has been operating safely for more than 15 years. At present, GRANDTOP is carrying out the research on the parameters of high-temperature and high-pressure boilers, with the heat utilization efficiency greatly increasing by 12-15%. The project (phase 2) of Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.7 takes the lead in adopting the ultra-high pressure reheat parameter unit (13 Mpa / 485 ℃ / 420 ℃), which is the highest parameter unit in the field of garbage incineration in the world, greatly improving thermal efficiency.

Located in Aotou circular economy industrial park, Conghua District, Guangzhou, since the first phase of Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.7 was put into operation, it has helped Conghua district take the goal of "zero landfill" of primary domestic waste, further improved the level of harmless treatment and resource utilization of domestic waste, and won many awards.

Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.3 - The garbage incineration power plant with the biggest treatment scale in China

Located in Fushan circular economy industrial park, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, phase I and phase II projects are equipped with 12 waste incinerators and supporting flue gas purification and treatment lines, 7 condensing steam turbine generator units and supporting direct air condensing steam system, and the park is equipped with sewage treatment plant.
Technical features:It is the garbage incineration power plant with the largest treatment scale in China.
It firstly makes use of the chimney of a garbage incineration power plant as an industrial tourism tower in China, and sets up a sightseeing platform in the air about 262.5 meters above the ground.

It firstly adopts the "direct air cooling + condensation" process of steam turbine condensing system in China in the garbage incineration power plant, which saves water up to 60% compared with the traditional water cooling process; it also firstly overheads the air cooling system above the steam turbine plant, saving 32% of the floor area.
It is the first garbage incineration power plant built on the high fill slope in China and the height of fill slope is 60m; its turbine and main control plant are of overhead structure. The construction and the engineering technology of this power plant is the most difficult in China.


Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.6 - Waste incineration power plant with optimal flue gas emission standard

Located in Xiancun circular economy industrial park, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, phase I and phase II projects are equipped with 7 waste incinerators and supporting flue gas purification and treatment lines, 4 condensing steam turbine generator units, as well as supporting environmental protection projects such as wastewater treatment system and ash treatment.
After Guangzhou Waste-to-energy Plant No.6 is officially put into operation, it can absorb the domestic garbage of Zengcheng District and realize zero landfill of the primary domestic waste, playing a key role in the reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization of domestic garbage in this area, and making a new breakthrough in the construction of Guangzhou modern industrial new areas and ecological residential quarters in Zengcheng District.
